*Hears rejoicing from the Sonic fans that brought him most of his Deviant hits, before he started drawing other stuff that everyone soon lost interest in.*

..Yeah, anyway, due to popular demand, Sonic is back in a BIG way! I'm in the midst of doing a huge image that captures the final battle of the Sonic Adventure game, where Super Sonic battles Perfect Chaos. Been planning to do this one for aaaages now, but was inspired to get off my ass and actually do it, after watching episode 32 of Sonic X, an adaptation of the very same battle.

Obviously, this is clearly not the finished product, but I thought I'd add my more-or-less completed Super Sonic pic anyway, to fill up my empty-looking gallery. Just imagine him surrounded by a nice yellow glow, heading straight for a big pissed off water lizard creature, in front of a half submerged city background, and you're half way there.

I'll probably colour those black outlines accordingly, as that usually looks better. I was gonna do it cell shaded, but then I remembered that I suck at cell-shading, so I went for the standard airbrush technique instead. I think he needs some brighter lighting on him, actually. Strangely, my favourite part is his nose... there's something about it that just screams " perfecto!" to me.
